"Room was clean and staff was helpful. They need to pave over cobble stones to/from hotel. Free shuttle got us back to airport. Don’t pay extra for breakfast as it is available to all. Late arrival required we eat across the way at adjoining hotel but it is a short walk."

"The hotel was right across the street from Oriente train station and 10 minutes from the airport. This was perfect for our travel plans. We had a quick layover and we were able to rest comfortably before heading home. We had room service and ate at the restaurant. They were both excellent. The food was very good. All of the staff was professional, attentive, and very friendly."

"The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre. Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had. Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries. Our kids enjoyed the pool only one improvement I'd suggest is to put in like 4 heavy duty fans. That pool house was steaming hot. The Soul restaurant was by far the best. Ivo our server was very attentive...

"I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."

"The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. Staff generally are gracious and willing to accommodate, however it took one hour to check in and deliver our luggage to the room. There was only one other guest checking in at the same...

"Amazing pool but did get a little crowded, it’s quite small. Beautiful views from the rooftop and amazing food and beverage service- a great spot to work until your room is ready or before you leave as well. Rooms are spacious - no tv (tvs can be important for local news etc) or mini fridge tho which was hard cus we had medication with us- they offered the front desk fridge but we just kept getting ice. Medication is a little too personal to just be leaving somewhere else. Other than that a...
