"The hotel location is excellent, central to everything. The room and amenities were excellent as well. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. For example, I had a need to quickly catch a rescheduled flight, and the front desk called the taxi and even came out to the taxi with me and helped the taxicab driver with directions on how to navigate the closed roads due to a marathon that was soon to start. Great customer service! Much appreciated. Pam M"
