"We went on a 10-day road trip and the Hampton hotels we stayed at were our favorites. As a family of 6 with 4 kids, the rooms at the Hampton hotels we stayed at were the best. There is a lot of room and the ability to log in to our Disney plus account was a huge plus for us as well. The pools were clean and the facilities as a whole were clean and we were comfortable."

"They think that they have done a renovation on this place. They have not. Other that the friendly staff, there is nothing to like about this place. The street sign is on the wrong side of the driveway and there is no hotel markings on the building or inside the building. Am I in the right place? The photo on Expedia shows a Motel 6 sign that is falling apart. That should have been a clue. The ground floor room had a rear door to a dodgy unpaved alley and the room key didn't work on that...

"The pull out couch bedding was not ready when we arrived. We had to call down to reception then told to go get it ourselves from reception. Stain on pull out mattress. Apple juice not working properly at breakfast. Not horrible, just not a positive experience especially when booking a franchise like bed western in my opinion. "

"Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. "

"It looked like a new hotel. It was very clean and the staff was amazing! They put out cookies each day and they had a bar each evening with happy hour. The indoor pool was small, but clean. They also offered a free breakfast each morning and always had coffee hot and ready to drink in the lobby."

"Great location next to the Big Texan. Can easily walk over to it. The hotel has a decent free breakfast offered.
We did spill some water on the floor in our room when we wiped it up, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped very well or was mopped with dirty water. The towel was way dirtier than I would’ve expected. Nothing too crazy. Only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness. Rest of the room a facility was well taken care of. "
