For anyone needing some peace and quiet when relaxing in the room will not be disappointed, as the walls are thick and the city itself is quiet even when traffic is heavy outside. The host was gracious and expedited any small issues I ran into. I WILL stay with Santa Rosa Spot by Andes+ again."

I check in late because I cannot make it on the day that I supposed to check in and I message them and they keep my reservation. They also help me to get the taxi going to the airport. "This Hotel was absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. The rooms are better than advertised! Spacious and very clean. I included breakfast with my stay. I highly recommend as it is freshly made each morning. All of the staff were great and extremely helpful. Laurice and Catalina were there and they were the absolute best! Next time I visit Chile I will choose this location again!"

The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room."
