"Our stay was great! The location is amazing and in a walkable area of condado. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. We did have an issue checking in because the link they sent was not clickable. Also note that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets and the shower water temperature was hard to control (either really hot or really cold) with weak pressure. "This hotel deserves more stars! As soon as you walk in you can just feel the calmness the hotel has. It so beautiful inside. It’s super clean and the workers are all very friendly especially the lady that was in the storage room, she was the cutest! I solo traveled for the first time and I felt so comfortable staying here. I’d definitely book again!"

"The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. "The room was not at all like the photos. The floors were very bumpy and there were two TVs which neither worked because they didn’t bother to set them up. No dish cloths, utensils or bowl so it difficult to make meals. The bed was also coming apart."
