"Great place, Great area, friendly staff. You could get to it without going down the busy main street and avoid traffic. Rooms clean and A/C cold. Will stay again."

"We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. We had to wait an hour and a half before the maintence guy showed up to break into our room. It was 20 degrees outside. The office...

"OMG!!! This is not a friendly hotel. Theyre foreigners who own it. They treated us as "weeklies" and we were there for 10 days. They never serviced the room. They never asked if we needed anything. There breakfast is only on weekends. Otherwise its all sugar. So theres no breakfast. They are in the middle of a so called renovation but theyre not. They renovated some room s on bottom floor. We were in room 332. Third floor and no elevators. The parking lot is level. There is no one at front desk....

"So we checked in and found out after dinner that the pool was closed for the season. On Memorial Day weekend they close pool. A/C did not keep up through the night. Ended up going to a different hotel."

"Good location with a downtown trolley bus stopping right outside. Clean and tasteful rooms. The receptionist Gabriel went above and beyond being helpful. Good value for money motel that l would stay at again if l go overnight to Eureka Springs."
