Hotel situé dans un très beau cadre avec des bâtiments superbe. Le restaurant est excellent la aussi dans une belle pièce avec des pierres apparentes. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Literie impeccable.

Väldigt bra boende och restaurang
Väldigt fint hotell i en fantastisk miljö. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Maten var riktigt bra på restaurangen.

För den som vill ha lugn och ro och bo i en fransk by mitt i vindistrikten. Otroligt charmigt och fantastiskt trevlig personal. Vi kom sent på eftermiddagen efter lång bilfärd, köket var stängt men de lyckades ändå trolla fram en lunch med ett glas vin. Innan middagen var vi med på en guidad tur på en vingård som producerade Sauterneviner. Synd bara att vi inte förstod ett ord.... Middagen var underbart god, man kunde välja två eller tre rätters meny. Och vinerna gick ju inte heller av för hackor. Det enda negativa var den tråkiga frukosten, efter den goda middagen hade vi nog förväntat oss mer än tex plastinbakade ostskivor från Holland. Men jag kan varmt rekommendera Domaine de Valmont!

Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på detta hotell! Underbar service, trevlig personal, god mat och ett fräscht och stort hotellrum fick vi. Har bara positivt att säga om detta ställe! Både jag och min pojkvän hade till och med kunnat haft vårt bröllop på detta ställe en vacker dag!

Generally a nice place. Not really meant for international travelers , I believe. We don’t speak French (wish we could and we do try) but we tried to be open and understanding but things were lost in translation. We were hoping for a nice experience with good food and wine but we didn’t get that. We were ignored and ended up eating out and decided then that we would avoid the service and go elsewhere. Early August might not be the best time to visit the area. Driving around the area it seemed like a ghost town. No life or activity. We decided to travel closer into Bordeaux to see more things. I would not recommend during the hot season. Maybe during harvesting it becomes more alive.

Très beau domaine que nous recommandons si vous êtes de passage sans la région. Calme, belle terrasse face au grand bassin, petits déjeuners copieux et chambres spacieuses et très agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

el hotel es precioso y confortable.
es un pequeño castillo encantador en un pequeño pueblo cerca de Burdeos. la salita es preciosa y el comedor perfecto. todo adornado de navidad. la habitación muy grande y comoda con dos baños completos. el desayuno muy completo. hemos estado realmente muy a gusto.

Nice change from the usual branded chains
Nice place at edge of village amongst the vines. Staff were great but some only spoke French. Most clients were French couples and some French businessmen and women at a meeting there. Ours was the only non French car in the car park. Restaurant service was slow and menu limited but the food was excellent, local wines excellent and good value. Good buffet breakfast. Room was huge for a family of 4. Owner took us wine tasting at neighbouring chateau. Would happily stay there again.

Nossa estadia foi muito agradável. O hotel está localizado em um área lindíssima, muito relaxante. Está perto de vários vinhedos e você poderá degustar vinho o dia inteiro. O café da manhã foi bem básico, mas acho que é uma característica do café da manhã francês. O quarto é amplo, a cama é boa e ainda tem uma cozinha para um lanche rápido.

Hôtel parfait pour être au calme. Personnel serviable et attentionné. Grand espace pour faire des mariages ou soirées à thèmes.Bon petit déjeuner disponible à partir de 8:30 et repas gastronomique le soir. Chambre spacieuse avec kitchenette et douche. Rien aux alentours si ce n'est des vignes. A refaire en été !

Parc très arboré et agréable,belle propriété,du charme ,de la quiétude pour un bon séjour reposant. Chambre spacieuse,un peu rétro mais propre et confortable;bonne literie . Personnel avenant et sympathique. Le dîner au bord du bassin est très agréable ,romantique et surtout excellent.le menu dégustation est raffiné,délicieux pour un prix très raisonnable,avec de très bons vins(logique!). petit déjeuner en terrasse couverte,assez simple mais bon (mis à part le jus d'orange en bouteille ),cadre plein de charme. Je recommande vivement.

Très agréable séjour dans cet ''hotel de charme''. Chambre très spacieuse, très calme. La (très petite) gare à 200m (aucun bruit de train)permet de prendre un TER pour aller à Bordeaux, en 30 minutes, évitant ainsi les problèmes de circulation. Il manquerait peut être un petit coin bar pour un apéritif au bord du bassin.

Au milieu du Sauterne
Domaine en pleine région viticole, donc peu de chose autour si ce n'est le repos... Même si la surprise a été la voie de chemin de fer en bordure de la propriété! Heureusement c'est pour le train Regional et donc la nuit a été tranquille :) du haut de gamme pour un prix inférieur a du Mercure surtout pour le repas extra. En conclusion je reviendrai avec ma femme ;)
