"There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot...
As for the property itself:
1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted...

"New hotel. First the good. The rooms are huge. In fact we had two rooms. I would give it a 6 out of 5 for that.
Staff were friendly.
They have a handy laundry room if you are travelling and want to wash clothes. Unfortunately you will need to download an app to use it.
But new as as the hotel is it does not appear that they are maintaining it. We stayed for four nights. The bathrooms downstairs by the breakfast area were "out of order" the entire time.
The bathroom was roomy but the hot water...

"The desk manager went out of his way to help us change rooms the next morning to a ground floor because we have trouble with stairs. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. The room was very clean as were every appliance in the room. As this is one of the older hotels in the area, I didn’t expect it to be as well kept as it is. I will not hesitate to stay there again. I couldn’t be happier! "
