"My experience at the Thunderbird in was beyond frustrating from every standpoint. I booked a stay from Monday 7/6/26 - Friday 7/10/26. When i am checked into my first room Monday Night, the room i am given does not have a shower curtain. I tell the staff, and just ask if I can be moved to a different room upstairs with a shower curtain. They agree and when i check into my room upstairs, there are 2 spiders on the bed.
