"Booked the place for my parents and receive no complaints from them. They said the room is clean and comfortable, it is also near to our relative house hence why I choose this place."
"The hotel is old and renovation is in progress. Room size is big however, bedding quality in not at par with the other hotels.
Breakfast is OK, nothing great about it. "
"The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges.
Will not stay here again"
"Clean and nice place.
But we've got only have 1 access card to access elevator and room power source where difficult if one of the family member want to go out for awhile.
Also, we cannot bring outside food to the hotel room since I have a baby so i need to stay at the hotel while my husband bring back food to me for dinner but security scold him telling him prohibited to bring outside food. It is quite not quite customer friendly"
"This is a good hotel. Our studio was double the size of a standard hotel room, it had king size bed, a desk with chair and lamp, an eating area with stools and great lighting to read by. The staff were attentive and the small pool enjoyable, albeit the water gets quite warm."
"they locked the balcony. stay there many times with the nice view of the sea.
Staff cannot explain why and just said policy.
I will not stay there anymore."
