"Die Zimmer waren sauber und ansprechend. Das Personal, sei es an der Rezeption, an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder beim Zimmerservice war überaus aufmerksam und engagiert. Von unserem Balkon aus hatten wir das volle Bergpanorama mit Ausblick auf die Zugspitzbahn. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Es war für jeden und jede etwas dabei. Der Frühstücksraum war angenehm."

"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"Hotellet ligger rigtig godt og meget smukt mellem bjergene. Vi ankom i elbil, og hotellet har egne ladestander i deres p-kælder og der var fem offentlige standere på hotellets parkeringsplads, men man kunne ikke booke en tid, hvilket gjorde det lidt svært i forhold til ladning. Hotellets personale kunne desværre ikke hjælpe os, og se kendte heller ikke priserne på ladning. Med i opholdet var der Grainau Gästekarte som gjorde man kunne benytte offentlig transport gratis, hvilket vi gjorde - da...

"Spacious rooms, an excellent location and helpful staff. The pool and gym are great, and we hired a tennis court while there too. Excellent breakfast selection. Half board meals got very relative and rooms are very dated but overall we enjoyed our stay."

Our family of 5 with 3 teens was a little cramped in a small cabin. Breakfast and bar offered but quite pricey for such a small town."
