"Great location in old Lyon. We got a “family” room which was 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms, 1 with a king bed and one with 2 single beds a small table and chairs - perfect for me and my 2 daughters. Nicely updated room, air conditioning and nice bathrooms. The building is beautiful . Liked the water station to refill bottles and the option to have breakfast if we wanted. "Lovely hotel in perfect location, the room was spacious and comfortable. Great location for shopping and access to the underground with easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Our only concern was that a member of staff entered our room at 6 pm after we had been shopping on the last day, they saw we were in and quickly scurried away. We raised this by email with the hotel but have had no reply."

"The staff at Hotel Alexandra was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a wonderful area on the Rue Victor Hugo pedestrian street, which is within walking distance to most sites of interest. The breakfast by Arus is excellent! Overall, a delightful stay in a lovely city."
