"Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter when we visited Zurich. The location was close to a tram stop and the metro so getting to downtown Zurich was easy (once you got the connections figured out). They were also only a 20ish minutes tram ride from the airport. We also really enjoyed that they were city near the city and the country. They had bicycles that we borrowed for a couple of hours (complimentary!) and rode to a nearby town. Bike paths were amazing and we got to see a different side...

"Worst experience of my life. No one to pick up the call at room service, housekeeping despite calling 20 times. At 1130pm, the receptionist came and told us to keep our 2 year old quiet else they will come back and take action. Such low level of service and basic decency. I had heard that switzerland hotel staff are rude but experienced it 1st hand."

"Room had very poor ventilation, can get very hot. You can open the balcony door for air but road traffic's pretty loud late into the night. Shower curtains were super flimsy and kept flopping around while showering. The hotel is an added business to a cafe so after cafe closing hours there's no front desk. Not bad if you need an inexpensive option, but otherwise worth looking at alternatives for a bit more comfort if you can afford it."

"Though the property had central air conditioning, the same was not operational due to government regulations. If we knew that a/c is not going to be available up front, we would have booked a different room/location at a lower rate Although the outside weather was comfortable (for the first 2 days) to sleep with the windows open, the street level noise plus the smell of cigarette etc was heavy"

"Room was clean and breakfast (overnight oats the best) was amazing. Although check in was at 15:00 staff kindly allowed us to use spa area to shower/freshen up before we headed out for the day as we arrived at the hotel 11:00am. Very close to train station, LIdl and Migros close by too. Felt like a safe and clean area. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"閑静な住宅地ぽいかんじで、とても静かで落ち着いた地区でした。 チューリッヒまでも2駅なのに加え、最寄り駅からも近いし、駅直結のスーパーがあるのも本当にありがたく毎日寄らせてもらっていました。 客室はとても綺麗で広く、清掃も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆様も良い対応をしてくださいました。 キッチンがあることがポイントで、今回このホテルを予約しました。 フライパンなど調理器具はありませんでしたが、食器やカトラリー類も揃っていて助かりました。 お湯が沸かせるのと、レンジがあるのがとっても便利でした。 次にまたチューリッヒに来ることがあったら、ぜひまた宿泊したいです。 おすすめです！"

"The studio unit for our family of four is located at the top of the building. The lift stops at second floor, we have to carry the luggage one more floor up to the room. The room size is good, kitchenette is useful. However the water heater doesn’t seem to be working. The water is only warm for the first five seconds, called the reception to report the issue and it didn’t get fixed. We ended up taking cold showers."
