"The location was excellent, and the room was spacious. The kitchen had enough basic equipment, and there was also a TV.
However, the room was generally not clean. The sofas were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. Someone else’s shampoo was still in the bathroom, along with half-used hotel shampoo packets. There were also opened packaged food items left in the kitchen from previous guests.
When I arrived around 12:00, the room was not ready and there was some confusion...

"This apartment was an absolute gem! Situated right on the edge of the old town pedestrian only zone, there is access to all the shops and restaurants and museums you could want. Within walking distance to the gondola and brewery, and a block from the tram stop for visiting the tunnel of hope. The apartment is quite roomy and has many amenities if you want to stay in, but go out and explore this city!!!"

"Hotel Dival liegt wirklich zentral. Sebilj von Bascarsija ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße ist aber viel befahren und dadurch ist es laut. Was es noch lauter macht ist der Kanalisationsdeckel der bei jedem Auto was vorbeifähr laut klappert."

"Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but included and has something for everyone.
One thing I found challenging was the lack of or no water. Some times, the water pressure was low and the night before I checked out, there was no water! It could be because it is an older building, but it was...
