"Very easy check in & access to room. Host was very communicative and helpful!"

"Initially difficult to find as it is in a shared block but a quick phone call sorted the check in instructions. The place was spotlessly clean. Only 1 cup and no kettle in the room but a coffee machine and microwave (to heat water for tea) available in the lobby. Breakfast could be picked up from a lovely little cafe around the corner with vouchers left for Coffee and croissant. Really close to the metro for getting into the city and some great restaurants nearby for eating locally"

"We stayed at the Social Hub as a family of 4. We loved everything-the rooms, common areas, pool, rooftop bar-it was all perfect. Rooms are large and clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. There is a tram station right outside the gates that goes to the Colosseum, costs €1.50 and takes 20 minutes. A taxi to and from Termini station is about €12. We didn’t have the breakfast included, but coffee and pastries from the coffee shop were reasonably priced. We are dinner at the pizza restaurant...

"This place needs to be updated- the picture does not match the actual. The mattresses, beddings, and towels were so worn out. The air conditioning unit is so old and dusty. Also, it is not close to the historic center nor the Termini station."

"Our family of five (3 teenagers) had the most amazing trip! The apartment is awesome, right in Rome. The metro is so easy to navigate and the stop is a short walk. There is an amazing coffee bar across the street. We loved being immersed in the culture from the moment we arrived. "The lady who checked me in and out was very helpful and good. It was so nice to have a balcony, especially with it being so hot, sit and enjoy the sun for a moment when I got back. Not much choice at breakfast. The evening meal was a set menu and the three courses were very nice. Had a wonderful waitress on the evening who explained what every meal was."

"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."
