"The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. "This is the 3rd time we've stayed at The Grove. We come once a year at least to watch hockey so it makes it easy having access to the arena right from the lobby. Room's are clean and staff is attentive and helpful. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"We weren't very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights They put us next to the back entrance and the door slammed all night. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The coffee maker did not have the tray needed to use the pods provided, so no cover. The TV would only stay on about an hour then go blank. "Beautiful room! Friendly staff. Lovely view of the city from our room. Google cast was on the tv so we could watch what we wanted. The bed was comfortable, and there was no sound from our other hotel guests on either side so we felt very peaceful.
