"Overall great experience and lovely staff. The location is top notch. One thing to note is hot water runs out pretty quickly at night. The staff told me the room has a small tank for hot water so make sure not to keep running when taking a shower."

Nous apprécions particulièrement son emplacement pratique sur la route vers Madrid, tout en étant proche du centre-ville de Vitoria. "Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You looked into a courtyard of sorts which was quiet at night so you could have the windows open if you chose to. Found the floors to be “creaky” and you could hear footsteps and movement from above. The location was convenient to both the downtown and the “old town”. The on site manager was a great to deal with and helpful. Great communication."
