"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking. You make your own breakfast, but the hotel provide the bread, coffee, butter, jam, milk. Wi-fi is missing and on first floor where our room was, you cannot look out of the windows, as they are in the roof."
