"Great location, lovely rooms, hot but celling fan was pretty good considering the 43 degree heat ! They were also installing AC when we were there . Entry hall has lots of stairs and smells a bit but reception was nice and staff helpful. Fabulous part of Bilbao to be in close to some amazing restaurants and bars so lots of breakfast choices very close . No parking that I could see but we were on foot. Loved it!"

"We really like the location, but the noise on the weekend was quite loud. The plaza is a bit sketchy. Would’ve been good if there was water provided. The bed was really bad. It was really hard. The staff was nice, but they weren’t always around. Very safe and good location though."

"La struttura è situata in una zona ben servita. Fermata metro vicina , posizione ottima (due fermate metro dal centro storico) Tutto molto pulito, cambio asciugamani ogni tre giorni"

"Check-in was OK, instructions were sent beforehand and were clear and easy to understand. The property in general was clean and as advertised online. The only issue we had was that our room’s ceiling fan unit was not properly cleaned. When we turned it on, lots of dust began to fall all over the bed and continued for a while. Aside from that, everything was OK."
