"The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge."

Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The sink was clogged, and the noise level was quite high due to guests moving around, making it hard to relax. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this may not be the best option."

It’s luxury without being flashy. Everything feels curated, modern, and intentional. If you’re looking for a place that feels high-end but still comfortable and grounded, this is it. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Miami, and this one stands out. I’d come back without hesitation."

"If you enjoy old, dirty, poorly maintained rooms that feature used child swimsuits (and you don’t have children) with loud staff who stand around instead of assisting you and paying a premium for it, the Mondrian is spot for you! Slow service, stingy with towels, and rundown. Very disappointing. They took $300 off the bill, but no other accommodations for the conditions. Enjoy :)"

We were charged for a towel card that we never used and when we have called a number of times, we still haven’t received our invoice nor working with anyone who is customer service oriented. We will not book here again as it is not worth the price nor headache."
