"The main hotel building as shown on the website was closed and looked unfit for purpose. A seperate Motel type Annexe was used for Rooms, as was a seperate building for the restaurant. Unsure what the main hotel block was used for but there were washing machines, for general use, outside the entrance. The Bedroom and Bathroom appeared clean but no A/C and with daytime temperatures around 30C, It was an uncomfortable night, even though an electric fan was provided. The whole place looked tired...

"Our room and six other rooms were broken into and robbed. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. We should be secure in their hotel and they acted like it was no big deal. The fact that they were able to get into our doors...

"El hotel está muy bien decorado, la habitación es muy cómoda, amplia, todo muy nuevo y limpio, sabanas con tacto muy agradable y el jabón del baño huele a cítricos. Las vistas desde la planta 5 espectaculares, veíamos hasta la catedral. Tiene el detalle de dejarte botellas para que puedas llenarlas de agua natural o con gas en una fuente de recepción. En recepción estaba Adrián, un español encantador que nos dió muy buenos consejos. Y es un plus poderte entender en español. Comimos dos...

"Nos dejaron acceder antes a nuestra habitación, algo que nos “salvó la vida”, ya que nos habíamos levantado a las 5 de la mañana 🙂 La habitación estaba muy limpia y con unas vistas al río y a la ciudad maravillosas"

Andrew made sure from the beginning we were looked after, he helped with organizing tours and wine tasting for us nearby where we had a lovely time discovering muscadet as well as thoughtfully recommending local restaurants. "Bel hôtel, la suite familiale est spacieuse et bien pensée. Même juste en face de l'ascenseur, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Seul bémol, le réceptionniste qui nous a informés à notre arrivée que l’accès à la piscine coûtait 10€ par adulte alors que le site de l'hôtel indiquait clairement que c’était gratuit... Lorsque que nous nous sommes rendus à la piscine pour vérifier qu’elle valait effectivement 10€ par personne, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l’accès était libre....

"Incredibly clean! Very friendly staff. Very well laid out room; had no idea that the room came with a little kitchenette! Was so convenient! large tv, could watch world cup games.. Very convenient to everything and 8 minute walk to train station"
