"We rented a three bedroom house for a whole week. On our arrival the weather was very hot and when we went to ask for a fan they looked at me as if I was asking for the something impossible. They said that they did not have any available as the ones they had where being used. And if so, only 1 fan per property. "Reception staff on both night and morning shifts were welcoming and very friendly. However, the room maintenance needs attention there were cracks in the bathroom, and the heating system felt outdated. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, with very limited choice, poor quality, and no hot options. Barely qualifies as breakfast. The room price was reasonable."
