"I like and know the 11th arrondisement and found this hotel an excellent option for staying there. Typical Parisian small rooms but very clean and nicely appointed with modern attractive bathroom. Helpful staff and location convenient for transportation. Minuses are fewer restaurant options than some Paris neighborhoods and need to travel to mot major tourist sites--although nothing is very far. Also a tad pricey, but that may be the time of year I was there. I love to walk so for me this hotel...

That aside, the rooms are nice and actually more spacious than most hotels at this price point. The AC worked very well, and the staff was great and spoke good english. There is even a gym as well, and a grocery store super close by (as well as countless amazing bakeries and restaurants). Truly a great hotel for a good price point."

"Beautiful apartment newly redone and well equipped. Comfortable bed, two smart tvs a Sonos system and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet at night. A little out of the touristy areas (which is good) but close by to everything in the Marais and Notre Dame, the Louvre etc. all walkable. Lots of good restaurants and close to good shopping.
We will definitely be back. "

"The hotel is a little off the beaten path and the rooms are very small but it’s safe, clean and has everything you need. The force of the water in the shower is amazing and the towel warmer is a nice touch, as is the daily fresh water and free Coke. This is a very charming hotel and perhaps the very best feature is that every single staff member is friendly, helpful and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."
