"Wow! My 1st time at this hotel! I stay in Chicago often but I have never experienced a hotel like this. Everyone working there were happy. They always were friendly & would say good morning. Even getting on an elevator; the staff was sweet. The breakfast was delicious & so many options. The hotel was SO clean. I was not expecting what was in my room. There was a stove, a dishwasher, immaculate bathroom, the bed was so comfortable & they had buttons by the bed to make the blinds go down. I loved...

"From beginning to end it was awesome.....Except for parking it was horrible I got lost for about 30 mins trying to find my rental....BUT the 🏨 employees were all very helpful and we found it in no time after that ❤️.....The 🏨 was awesome, views ❤️ and the vibe was on point everything was at a walking distance 🥰.... Beautiful city day or 🌃 please preserve it as much as you can. I'm from California and greatly appreciate the hospitality ❤️ 🙏"
