Cos it’s not a hotel and therefore has no reception or left luggage facility I had to drag my bag around Bath for most of the weekend. Check in is at 3pm and, unlike a hotel, there was nowhere in the property to leave luggage. Check out was ludicrously early at 10am so I had to take my luggage with me then. "This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the seagulls could be a bit territorial. It is definitely a family-friendly place. "Lovely quiet area, 25 minute walk into Bath, all down hill, however the walk back was quite a pull. Taxi fare is £7 The accommodation was lovely, comfortable beds, and the little touches like the breakfast, milk, ice cubes & coffee machine were appreciated. Would highly recommend. "

"The location was perfect! Very quiet and close enough to walk into the center of town. Close to Sydney gardens and the Art museum which we loved. The kitchen had everything that you could need and the outdoor space was so nice to have since we were there for some very warm weather! We would definitely stay here again."
