Waiting for lift was time consuming. Two were down at one point then only one. Other than the lift issue stay was great!

The hotel is lovely, the room was also very clean and well appointed and the breakfast was great. The reason for 4 starts and not 5.....our room for 3 had only an internal window in to the hotel lobby/reception - this is a big and airy space but - no outside view and no opening window - the room ...
