"The Aircon in room 10 was noisy"

"Staff were both very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment of cereals and spreads and a modest choice of teas. The room I was given was spacious and had a carport to park my motorcycle under which, was very appreciated as it rained on the second night of my stay. All in all I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Room smelt damp, hot water tap was difficult to turn on and off otherwise room was clean, should have offered a discount, a lot of maintenance required on property to bring it up to 3 or 4 star rating,."

"Whilst the accommodation was well priced, the room was filthy. Thick dust on all room surfaces and the shower was full of mould along with the shower curtain. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable."

"Great 1 night stay. Wish we stayed longer. So relaxing looking out over the fields whilst sitting eating our dinner by the fire pit. Felt like you were miles from civilisation but you werent far from suburbia."

"This was an excellent spot to access the Bathurst 1000 and although a bit of a drive, it was well worth it. Loved the sheep!"

"Great location, awesome food and terrific staff. Not a place to stay if you need sleep. Band was staying here and carried on outside my room until 3:30am , then the staff put music on downstairs at 7am. I think I got 3 hours sleep. Stayed 2 of my 3 nights , left early and had to book another place to get some rest. Happy to have another meal here but will never stay here again. "
