"Everything! The hotel is set back from the main hustle and bustle of Mirissa beach road which was ideal. Tuk tuks provided daily to a central location to access all the restaurants and the main beach. The manager when we arrived explained everything to us in such detail including recommendations and all the excursions we could do. Laundry service was an added touch & the rooms were huge, beautifully decadent, spacious with all the amenities you could need, a lovely family style buffet breakfast...

"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. Nick the owner is a friendly chap and clearly set the ethos of this place and is always around to help if needed. Kalpa and Umesh (managers) are great, absolute credit to the place. "We had a great 1 night stay here. Excellent location on the lagoon, near the beach and restaurants/ bars nearby. Small resort which looks lovely on the outside. The rooms and balconies are huge and very quiet. The host was very friendly and helped arrange a transfer to Colombo airport the following day. He was very responsive via text and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was also very nice. Excellent value for money! "
