"i appreciate the staff first and foremost. i had an issue with my shower leaking onto the bathroom floor in my room and they moved me to an upgraded room which was a suite which was even better because i came with a pet. everything was cleaned and to my liking."

"Hotel look like the one out of the scary movies . the air filter was so nasty I ask the person at the desk for a new one he said they didn't have any and to take the one out the air condition in the lobby. the elevator worn down feel like its going to stop on you at any minute. the floors was so dirty like they haven't been mopped in a while. and I had to get more sheets and pillow cases, and also had to clean the tub and wipe down everything. just looked deserted."
