We tried to cancel our reservation, the hotel ghosted us, Expedia just went into ‘computer says no’ mode. "The pool was closed off for a meeting however this was all throughout our trip. Nobody was in this area when we went to the pool and we were not allowed to use this. Communication was poor and all items needed to be asked about nothing was in the room I.e shampoo, toilet roll etc. Location is further out from city but short TukTuk ride away. Ac was not working as we had incorrect remote in room and the fridge was dirty and turned off without key in room. "

But it was quiet, the staff was courteous and there was plenty of hot water for a bath. Best of all, the laundry service was cheap, fast and reliable. I'd definitely stay here again."
