"Very peaceful and friendly hotel, in a quiet area but easily accessible to the town. Lake side rooms have a shady terrace on the side. Food was tasty and good value, dining around the pool was pretty and staff were helpful. We borrowed some bikes and enjoyed the ride using sideroads into town, around pagodas, to coffee shops etc"

"The pool was closed off for a meeting however this was all throughout our trip. Nobody was in this area when we went to the pool and we were not allowed to use this.
Communication was poor and all items needed to be asked about nothing was in the room I.e shampoo, toilet roll etc.
Location is further out from city but short TukTuk ride away.
Ac was not working as we had incorrect remote in room and the fridge was dirty and turned off without key in room. "

"The hotel was cute! The rooms were nice, the landscaping around the hotel was nice. Staff was great as was the breakfast. The owners are around and make the place feel very homey and warm.
Adding plug in outlets, especially in the bathroom would be very helpful.
Please note that the hotel is a bit secluded, you can't just walk out to the store...but I was looking for peace and quiet and that is exactly what I got. "

"Clean, safe, and very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was amazing and everything was well maintained. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again."
