"Front desk staff was nice and polite. The room and facility was not as clean as I would have expected for the price. Will not stay there again. I wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t 2am when we got there and already paid."

"I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again."

"A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. "The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them."

They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable."

"The property and amenities are average and staff were considerate. The problem was with Expedia and reimbursing us for an early checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the full week. So remember that when you book with this company. Trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible and then they spin you around and put it back on the hotel. The manager at the hotel was considerate and gave us a free night stay for Expedias mess."
