"Das Hotel befindet sich in Batu Ferringhi, eine Stadt im Norden von Penang. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen dauert je nach Verkehrslage/Uhrzeit 1 bis 1,5 Stunden. In der Stadt gibt es jeden Abend einen Night Market, der vor allem am Wochenende auch gerne von den Locals besucht wird, was zu entsprechenden Staus führt. In der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es viele verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr stivoll (indisch geprägt) eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Auch die vorhandenen Pools...
"Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room size a bit smaller but just just nice for business travelers. Locations is near to 2nd bridge and easy to access to Bayan Lepas. "

"Great hotel if you do not want to be staying in the middle of the Georgetown traffic. Next door to the higher end Queensbay Mall and within walking distance to local eateries and convenience shops, you just need to set up your Grab account for a ride to town or the airport. Staff service was excellent, attended to all of my small requests. "
"Albert and his team did a great job hosting me for 2 nights ! Hotel is efficient but also very laid back . It’s an old mansion and some of the public areas do not have AC . Anywhere you would like to me had AC and was comfortable ! Free non- alcoholic drinks and snacks available . Breakfast prepared to order eggs were great ! Lap pool is good location to chill out after a busy day ! Looking forward to returning ! Check my postings I don’t give many 5 star ratings "

"Very enjoyable stay. Obviously very busy with the start of school holidays in Malaysia and lots of visitors but still managed to find little areas of peace & sunbeds by the pool!
Staff all excellent and friendly - common areas clean and enjoyable to relax in.
Facilities good - the main restaurant and "Pizzeria" very clean, good food & lovely staff.
Swimming pools good with areas for families (ie kids) and adults. Splash area was looking a little worn with the underfoot surface degraded...
"Went for a short holiday to celebrate my birthday. Upon returning in the evening I found that the staff had came in and placed a birthday cake in the fridge. I didn't tell any of the staff it was my birthday so this was a very nice surprise. "
