"Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room size a bit smaller but just just nice for business travelers. Locations is near to 2nd bridge and easy to access to Bayan Lepas. "

He was very polite and helpful. "The rooms are cosy and comfortable, providing a pleasant and restful stay. The only concern I encountered was the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, which I have also experienced during previous visits. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration and address the issue. Aside from that, the property remains an excellent choice and a truly enjoyable place to stay in Penang."
"It was a great hotel right in the middle of Georgetown close to Armenian Street really enjoyed the staff. They took very good care of us. The breakfast. Every morning on the roof was probably the highlight of the morning. It was so beautiful to just sit and drink coffee with the view."

"It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again. "
