"The staff and the breakfast are excellent."

"clean, new, friendly staff, great location, nice view"

"Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises ."

"Excellent"

"The variety of the food was really good and tasty. Ladies serving and refilling the dishes were polite, helpfull, friendly and fun as well Location is very convenient for foot traffic or to get on the bus to go to the airport, Botanical garden, etc. The price for the room was also very good! I found it an excellent deal and would return!"

"I had a great stay at this capsule hotel in Batumi. The property is clean, modern and comfortable, and the capsules provide enough privacy for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places within walking distance. Overall, it was a great option for a short stay in Batumi, especially for travelers looking for something affordable, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here...

"The staff are impolite"

"Room was clean and staff helpful"

"Her konuda oldukça yardımcı oldular otelin temizliği ve ilgilenme gayet iyiydi her şey dahil bir otel aramıyorsanız ilk tercih"

"I liked the hotel in general, good location, relatively new, good facilities and good breakfast. The problem was the staff that in general didn't help as expected when the toilet was leaking, the metal towel hangers were broken and other issues such as early check-in request that went unanswered completely. A pretty good hotel that could be better in terms of service and maintenance."

"We stayed only 2 days instead of 5 because: we found ants, no light in the bedroom, NO WATER FROM 4 am to 2 pm the next day. NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER!!!! When we arrived at the place where the reservation said that was our apartment, they send us an email telling us to go to a different building!!!! After we asked for the refund, we went to a beautiful little hotel call BLACK SEA STAR HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE, BREAKFAST INCLUDED in a nice place with nice staff. It was a very disappointing...

"N/A"

"We stayed in this hostel only for a night on our way to Tbilisi to rest however we were super shocked by the fact that they did not provide us blankets... It was really cold outside as you can imagine, I truly cannot understand how come they would not think to provide blankets for the room in December?! It was freezing AC was not helpful that much also the noise was unbearable all night. The room was smelly because of the toilet, I don’t know how to describe the smell, you must be there to...
