"This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again."

"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers.

Received an email from them and the reason why they cant accommodate us is technical glitch. Asked for a refund but up to now no refund Received.Holiday ruined.
