Fantastisk ophold med meget hjælpsom vært

Simpelthen den rareste og mest hjælpsomme vært. Han lod os både tjekke ind tidligere end angivet og senere udtjekning. Værelset er pænt og frem for alt rent. Ligger super centralt for alle typer af udflugter i Brotas. Skønneste have, hvor man kan tage en pause i deres hængekøjer. Sikkert sted! Lige hvad vi havde brug for efter Sao Paulos larm og utrygge miljø.

Excelente opção em Brotas

O hotel é excelente, quartos novos, limpos, no centrinho de Brotas. O responsável pelo hotel, Renato, fica remotamente, ajudando para termos uma estadia perfeita. O café da manhã na padaria Rio Branco é excelente também

Amei!

Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados em uma das suítes "bangalô design" e amamos! O Lugar é extremamente limpo, bem cuidado, localização simplesmente perfeita, exatamente no centro de Brotas, perto de restaurantes, padarias, supermercado, farmácia... A suíte é nova, camas confortáveis, chuveiro excelente. a mistura do rústico com o moderno é um charme.

Hotel acolhedor no centro de Brotas

O hotel é muito acolhedor e de qualidade. O local é limpo e privativo e fica perto de todo o centro de Brotas, sendo muito fácil percorrer a cidade a pé. Fui bem atendida e todas as dificuldades e problemas durante a estadia foram de fácil resolução, com funcionários atenciosos e compreensivos.

Localização privilegiada e beleza natural

Ambiente externo natural, com plantas e árvores bem cuidadas, tudo muito bonito e, ainda, tivemos a sorte da visita de uma família de macacos que pudemos observar se alimentando nas árvores. O ambiente interno do quarto era limpo, amplo e confortável. Chuveiro excelente! Estacionamento muito bom tbem. A localização é ótima, perto dos melhores restaurantes. Equipe muito simpática e tudo correu muito bem!

Dificuldade logistica e do cafe da manha

2 pontos deixaram a desejar. Horario de check out as 17:00 prejudica a logistica do turista (muito tarde). O cafe da manha e servido apenas as 8:00 e como precisamos sair as 7:00, mesmo solicitando pro proprietario, nao foi possivel adiantar!!

Ótimo custo/benefício

Foi muito tranquila , o Renato( dono) apesar de virtual , conseguiu fazer todas as orientações. É um modo bastante inteligente de hospedagem. Quarto grande, confortável. O café da manhã , apesar de vir em containers é o suficiente. Três pontos me incomodaram, mas não afetam o meu retorno em uma próxima vez… 1- limpeza a cada 3 diárias ( princ de banheiro) 2- a mesa do café um pouco desproporcional ( alta em relação as cadeiras), mas resolvemos colocando almofadas 3- O local de apoio, é um pouco desorganizado, onde no mesmo local vc tem panos sujos estendido e pia com louças. Fui procurar água ( que deveria estar disponível na cafeteira), já que o café da manhã era incluso e não achei, pois o local é bagunçado e tive que comprar Mas são pequenos detalhes … voltaria com certeza

O anfitrião é extremamente organizado e atencioso. A suíte design que ficamos é bem decorada e agradável. Excelente para uma estadia tranquila ou agitada, já que fica a poucos metros de bares e restaurantes da cidade. As automações para auto-atendimento foram muito bem pensadas, trazendo um ar de modernidade ao local. O café da manhã é literalmente diferente, já que vem em um recipiente bacana e diferenciado.

Sensacional. O dono me atendeu super bem antes e durante a estadia via WhatsApp, comprou a lampada que achamos que havia queimado, nos deu atenção total. Nada a reclamar! Fora a localização que é impossível ser melhor. No centro, e quando a noite nem parece estar no centro.
