"There was only 1 public wc for the guest, i had to check out at 10:00 and waited at the lobby for train departure. Just before leaving, I wanted to go to wc and as it's broken and the hotel wasn't helpful , they refused NO. Not convenient for any visitor with big luggage to move with the desire if peeing on the way to train station"

"We had a lovely stay at Five Reasons. Our 2 bedroom apartment style with separate kitchen and dining area was more than we expected. Rooms were spacious, all twin beds were comfortable with good warm duvets. Everything was clean, and daily cleaning service was also performed. Shout out to Anastasia whom checked us in, and was very amicable and provided worthy information of the city. The Hotel is well located within walking distance of major attractions. Recommended for family or groups of 5-6...
