"Perfect location to stay at if you are visiting Castle Hohenschwangau and Castle Neuschwanstein. Bus up to Castle Neuschwanstein is next to hotel. The breakfast was included and was very good. One of our rooms had an amazing view of Castle Neuschwanstein."

"Afgelopen maand zijn mijn vrouw en ik op vakantie geweest naar Italie, en was dit hotel een mooie gelegenheid om te overnachten. Op de heenreis hadden wij een perfecte kamer, welke wij ook hadden gehoopt te hebben op de terugreis, maar dat was niet zo, we hadden nu een kamer in de steil van "Hans en Grietje", we zijn hierdoor ook de volgende ochtend ( zonder ontbijt ) op tijd vertrokken naar huis."

"Cute place with a nice breakfast. Staff was functionally helpful and curt. Limited dining options. Parking was not sufficient and very tight. Best option was to park on the street. The room was very hot and there was no climate control for the summer months. Location is on a busy street and the main shooping/dining areas were about 1km away"

"Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, schönes und gutes Restaurant. Kleine Kritikpunkte sind die unaufgeräumte Garage zum Unterstellen der Fahrräder und beim Essen der zu breiige Kartoffel-/Gurkensalat. Ansonsten ist das Essen empfehlenswert."

"Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Anreise mit der Gondel ist ein Highlight. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Wellnessbereich, das Frühstück, das Abendessen kann alles uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen."

"Our room was very clean, attractive and modern, and the view was beautiful in the valley. The hotel staff were friendly. There are walking trails all around. The road to the nearest waterfall was closed for repairs. The door to one of our room 7 family suite balconies was broken and barely possible to open or securely close which made cooling the room difficult in the 35C heat. "This hotel was brilliant. We had a lovely family room which looked out to the mountain. Everything was clean and well designed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location handy for travel by rail, bus and hiking. Would love to return here one day."

"Was told Expedia overcharged by a huge amount. Was told that using the spa would cost an extra €50 per room although Expedia declared this as included. Motion sensor, light in roomcomes on throughout the night, the front desk is aware of this, but hasn’t done anything about it. Rooms extremely hot with no fans and no AC. How is this a four star hotel?"
