"Nice View"

"Not clean. Got put into a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilet, vacuuming, coffee table, and kitchen were all dirty and there were no towels or handtowels. The manager apologised once and said she seen someone in there that day cleaning and that she had another room, but said it didnt have a sea view. (Which the current one didn't have either, im not sure any could now) but what was not communicated, was that the view as you opened the curtains, was of scaffolding and a new parking...

"This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. I hadn’t been to Rotorua before so had no idea of where things were. Quest was near everywhere I wanted to go! The room was tidy and spacious. Staff were lovely."

"Great space with comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. All the items you need in a small apartment. Cons- Bedside lamp would be a nice for reading and not having the overhead lights on. Traffic noise was loud at times but just in the front room. Check in and out was quick and easy. Overall, we had a very comfortable two night stay."
