"The room was dirty. I had to have the staff come up to make the room warmer, he was able to do. The air filter had not been cleaned. There really is no breakfast. The $15 is nice but you quickly go over because everything is so overpriced. I've been here before this was a bit disappointing .Location is great."

"Great location if you want to be steps away from time square. Can be noisy at night if you like to go to bed early. We didn’t mind the noise outside. We could hear the neighbors through the joining room. That was a bit annoying. The staff was helpful when we called but no one made up our room the whole stay. Not sure if you need to ask or not. The rooms are a little out dated, but they were clean. Overall a decent place. I would stay there again."
