"Great location close to port authority for transportation to and from airport. Very clean, helpful and kind staff. Cute lobby with things to do if you don’t want to go back out after a long day of exploring the city. Check in and out was quick."

"Loved it"

"We enjoyed our stay."

"I like the proximity of this hotel to everything. It is on the vicinity of a subway. Walking distance to Time Square, Broadway, 5th Avenue and etc. Setbacks are non functioning elevators and over crowded lobby and pricey food."

"The room was clean with AC, washrooms were fine/good—what you would expect in a hostel. Perfect for not too long a stay in NYC! Great location, 10 minutes from the subway. Provided robes, towels, and facecloths. It is spring mattresses, so be aware of that if it matters a lot to you, but a great stay! I would recommend to anyone going to NYC."

"I like that it's convenient to the train station. No smoking and no microwave!"

"Great place to stay in the middle of Times Square, my only complaint was no water bottles are in the room you have to purchase them from a local store or vendor off the street. I would think for 500 bucks a night they would pony up for a couple of bottles of water."

"The location is very convenient, the staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable!"

"We stayed in the presidential suite 3405. Upgraded from the premier during check in. Room was awesome, was for a business trip for my watch company. Room was clean, large, and everything was as expected. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Checked our bags at check out as the event lasted until the evening. $4 a bag to check / I’m not complaining. We were treated with respect and everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. We will be back next year for sure!"

"Classic charm, and location can’t be beat for MSG. With that said the positives nearly end there. Loud, dated, resort fees for no reason (what amenities… the dungeon gym?). The sink and shower leaked all over. I don’t want to clean on vacation."
