The room hadn’t even been vacuumed, as the previous occupant’s clothing tags were still on the floor. The bathroom and shower were gross, and the front desk was extremely rude. I’ll never return to this hotel.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right next to the Empire State Building, with lots of places to eat nearby, & only a short walk to 5th Avenue. The rooms were a little tired & the air conditioning noisy, but the price was much lower than other options we looked at. The rooftop bar was wonderful.

Vomit on stairs to entry, Flattest pillow ever. Alarm clock was on so from a previous guest so we were woken up hours early. Burnt my hand on the water. Hall smells weird. This is simultaneously the most I’ve paid for a room and the worst room I’ve stayed in in NYC. Will not be back. On the plus, AC works.
