The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast has a good variety. Staff at the breakfast area were very helpful. There was good service even though it was under renovation and you have to go through other exits. Location was great because was walking distance from amenities, shopping and transportation.

4th time at this property, location is the best. They are in the model of a revamping so super excited to see how it will look. Just needs a day bar for those not wanting to go out but have a drink in the hotel bar at lunchtime. Bar opens at 4.30 should open whe breakfast has finished .

Room was always clean and beds comfortables. The only problem was the elevator, we were at floor 47 and we needed to wait 5 minutes or more for the elevator.

The staff were extremely friendly. There was always a line at the elevators since only a few run at a time, so during a rush or peak time you had to wait. That was the only flaw about my stay.
