"While the rooms are excellent and clean, we did not receive the exact type of rooms that we had booked. Even though the description & photos described that the rooms carry certain amenities, they didn't. Reception refused to assist saying they're unable to do anything since it's booked through Hilton ..."

"I visited during the traditional low season, so the range of items available particularly in the buffet restsurant was not overly extensive. However, I appreciate the lack of crowds in an otherwise very large hotel."

"The check in was very unpleasant and non engaging. The bed we so high and difficult to get into. The location is beautiful, however I will not be returning to the crane in the future."
