"I stayed a week and lived the hotel! Clean room, very pleasant staff. I felt safe walking up the street at 2AM. Lots of small grocery and coffee shops within minutes. Tube station is a 5 minute walk. "

"Great location in the heart of Chinatown lots of good transportation hubs , food locations ,shopping , and theaters. great walkablity factor and the actual apartment was fantastic with top floor views looking down at Chinatown really really loved the flat that they gave us and it was very clean overall and way larger than we expected ( for most of what Europe has to offer, especially London) "

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of five. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff was very quick when we checked in and we were in our room within minutes. "

"Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen 5 min bis zur Tower Bridge ,zum Underground das Frühstückscafe ein paar Minuten entfernt, Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und schmeckte hervorragend, einziges Manko, das Cafe öffnete erst um 9:00 Uhr Ansprechpartner vor Ort, über WhatsApp auch super zu erreichen Ich kann Bob W wärmstens empfehlen "

"The staff was very pleasant, the room was spacious, and I enjoyed having a temporary home away from home. "

"Staff friendly and informative on arrival. Room was clean and well maintained and equipped in the kitchenette. Beautifully decorated hotel with elegant features. Garden area a lovely place to sit in the morning with a brew. Although I didn’t have breakfast there the bar area was always stocked with a lovely continental style food. Highly recommended. "

"Highly recommended! When communicating with the staff prior to arrival and during our stay they replied really quick. They were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean. I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. Elena gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and answered all questions we may have had. Thank you, for making our stay and 1st time in London a great one!! "
