"Everything about our stay was good including the check-in, room cleanliness, breakfast and staff.
The problem came after we checked out. We left our hanging clothes in the closet. Our fault entirely. We checked-out Sunday morning but were still in the hotel visiting with friends until about 4:00 PM. We realized on Monday evening that we had left our clothes and called the hotel. The front desk had a log that said clothes were left in our room but no other information because housekeeping...

"Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse."

"Comfortable, quiet, staff was great. Ten dollar breakfast was worth it. The only downside was the AC didn’t work all that well. Took hours to cool room down. Bathroom was well lit for putting on makeup.
