"For price and location, I thought it was great. The room was clean, the A/C was cold. There was free bottled water, which was very nice after unloading the car in that heat.
The pool was clean as well as the pool deck.
It was located conveniently close to almost everything.
I will be staying here for all my future trips to Pensacola (which is often)"

"The pictures in Expedia were very deceiving. This is more of a 3 star hotel. Consist of 2 buildings, First room given was in the second building which looked rough and poorly kept. Room smelled of mold as soon as you entered. Went to receptionist and requested a better room. Second room in first building was better, however, after the first day, discovered that the air conditioner was rigged to cool to 73 degrees and then stop. When it reached 78 degrees it would turn on again. A/C also...

"I went here because the reviews were high idk who they paying to make the reviews but this place was horrible!! Bugs in the room (roaches ) cigarette burns in the thin blanket the sheets where stained and nasty ! Asked to be moved and the manager moved me that room was worse than the other one ! Trash all under the fridge roaches in the fridge ! So we moved back to the other room I cleaned it and had to ask for an extra blanket cause the blankets were so thin it was like sleeping with a sheet !...
