"Fantastic hotel! Great amenities! Stayed with my husband and 3 young kids. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly! Rooftop pool was a big hit and so was the food! There are not many hotels that offer breakfast and dinner, not to mention complementary drinks and adult beverages. Affordable parking in a covered garage too. Will stay here again and again!"

"We were greeted nicely upon arrival. Our rooms were not ready yet, so we were directed to wait in the bar area and treated to a cocktail. The rooms were nice and clean, but did not have refrigerators or microwaves, which was a slight disappointment. On Saturday morning (10/3), we went down to get coffee and the staff member (a young man) was extremely rude, which was a surprise because everyone else had been so pleasant. The outdoor pool area was great! Easy to checkout, as well!"

"Very nice large room; close to everything. The front desk was a little difficult to get ahold of - tried calling two or three times on the way to the property - was put on hold for 10 mins and then disconnected. next call the phone rang and rang for about 5 mins with no pickup. Nice front desk young guy, but didn't have that "mature" attitude about him. Not warm and welcoming as he could have been. Car valet was great however."

"I was a little apprehensive due to some other reviews. However, I was presently surprised. The Chamber Suites are awesome in size and the beds are comfortable all in all i don’t have any complaints except some of the staff have some attitude and dont seem to love what they do. If I had to come back and stay i would most definitely AND if you love a kettle in your room (rare in USA hotels) you’ll get one here. It is a little out of the French Quarter but that’s not a bad thing."

"I awaken with bites, thinking a mosquito or something I sat on the bed looking through my phone. I saw it a bug crawling out the pillow case, a bed bug I videoed it and killed it then showed the front desk, they sent someone up to check the bed, then moved us to another room, my last night was worrisome and sleep deprived, not going back"
