"The staff were wonderful and are the #1 reason I would stay here again. They were so friendly and accomodating.
We had 2 rooms in the same hallway as the pool, so the floor was constantly soaked and slippery during pool hours. It was pretty noisy being so close to the pool, but we didn't mind because we also had kids in our group.
The pool area was extremely hot and highly chlorinated, making it difficult to breathe. Better ventilation would make this so much better. The pool itself is very small for the speed and distance in which the kids were shooting out of the water slide. Very fun, but not very safe.
Breakfast was decent, but serving utensils could be checked and replaced with clean ones to avoid cross contamination. The DIY waffle bar was a lovely option.
The rooms are a nice size, clean and mostly well-maintained, but kind of dark even with all of the lights on unless you keep the curtains open, but being a ground floor room everyone can see in. Better lighting would brighten up the space without giving everyone outside a view into your room.
A few updates could make this hotel a lot better, but I would still stay here again."
