"This is my 4th time staying at this place. This is my favourite place to stay in Toronto. The rooms are spotless, and I really like the private parking. The bar and restaurant are both excellent. The staff are warm, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re well taken care of. The ventilation is also great, so the rooms feel fresh and comfortable even the next day."

"This location is long overdue for a major upgrade. Bathroom vanities are falling apart, stains on carpets everywhere. Nice to have a pool but chunks of the ceiling are hanging down from the ceiling ready to fall off, I was worried to even sit on the chairs in the fears that I would fall right through. I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere. "

"The dishwasher was disgusting. There was garbage in there and dishes from the last person or whoever. Who knows how long that was in there. The one bathroom shower, the tub kept plugging up. I checked the drains there was so much hair in there. It was so gross. Definitely not worth the money I paid. The ceiling in the hallways are all brown on the sides too. There is no hot tub, and they cut off breakfast at 9:30am which is too early. Should be 10am. The place also smelled, had to buy air feshners. Unsure if it’s the carpet or what. But there was a smell to the room. "

"Rooms were very clean and designed well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable however. Surprised how there was no sweetener available for coffee with breakfast as well as limited options given room rates. It could be an excellent hotel with minor tweaks to comfort and breakfast options"
